Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at siraswimwear@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A short description of the issue

If eligible, you’ll be offered a refund or replacement.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
